Prof. Bogdan Gabrys from University of Technology Sydney, Australia, Prof. Sudeep Tanwar from Nirma University, India, and Distinguished Professor Mohamed-Slim Alouini from King Abdullah University of Science and Technology (KAUST), Saudi Arabia, shared their research works by keynote speeches. Prof. Dimiter Velev from University of National and World Economy (UNWE), Bulgaria, Assoc. Prof. Jiaxin Cai from Xiamen University of Technology, China, and Assoc. Prof. Thabet Kacem from University of the District of Columbia, USA, delivered invited talks.
