Important Note to Authors Submitting Full Paper about ACM Open Access Publishing Model
ACM has introduced a new open access publishing model for the International Conference Proceedings Series (ICPS). Authors based at institutions that are not yet part of the ACM Open program will be required to pay an article processing charge (APC) to publish their ICPS article in the ACM Digital Library, unless one of their co-authors’ institutions is a member or they qualify for a waiver. New OA Publishing Model for ICPS
All new ICPS articles will be published open access in the ACM Digital Library. Some papers will require the payment of an article processing charge (APC).
- If the article type is not eligible for payment of an APC (please refer to the details here of APC-eligible article types).
- If the corresponding author is affiliated with an institution participating in ACM’s transformative ACM Open model.
- A list of the institutions currently participating in ACM Open is available here.
- If the country in which your institution is located is on this list of countries covered by ACM’s agreements with EIFL and Research4Life and/or classified by the World Bank as low-income countries.
All other articles will require the payment of an APC, as detailed below:
- If the corresponding author is affiliated with an institution in a lower-middle-income country (as defined by the World Bank) and any of the authors is a member of ACM, the applicable APC is $350 per paper for 2027 conferences.
- If the corresponding author is affiliated with an institution in a lower-middle-income country but none of the authors is a member of ACM, the APC is $500 per paper for 2027 conferences.
- If the corresponding author is not affiliated with an institution in a lower-middle-income country but at least one of the paper’s authors is an ACM member, the APC is $700 per paper for 2027 conferences.
- For all other papers that require the payment of an APC, the APC is $1,000 per paper for 2027 conferences.
ICIIT 2027 conference group will pay for the APC fee for the authors who are not ACM open program member, not in low-income country and need to Pay The applicable Article Processing Charge (APC) to ACM publishing house. So the discounted price is as detailed below:
Please refer to the “APC fee (ACM publication)” rows in the registration fee tables above for the discounted APC charged to the authors.
Important Notice
1. One regular registration is within Eight to Ten Pages
in single column, Four to
Five Pages
in double columns including all figures, tables, and references. Extra pages will be charged.
2. One regular registration with one or more additional papers get only one
proceedings.
3. At least one author for each accepted final paper must be pre-registered.
4. Please upload the required documents: a. final paper; b. filled registration form;
c. payment proof to
the online registration system or conference email box:
iciit@cbees.net to finish the registration.
5. For the authors who have difficulties to pay US Dollars, such as Iran, please
pay Euros.

Onsite registration is available for listener and presentation only
(Presentation without publication). Please do fill the registration form
on the online registration system and send an onsite registration application to the conference email box:
iciit@cbees.net before the registration deadline and pay in cash (USD) on
site.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
All cancellations must be sent in writing to the conference email box:
iciit@cbees.net and are subject to the following cancellation charges:
* Conference registration cancelled before Dec.
05, 2026 with reasonable
grounds: 100% of the payment will be refunded, however an administration fee of
30USD will be charged for the service.
* Conference registration cancelled before Jan.
05, 2027 with reasonable
grounds: 50% of the payment will be refunded.
* Conference registration cancelled before Jan. 25, 2027 with reasonable
grounds: 30% of the payment will be refunded.
* Conference registration cancelled after Jan. 25, 2027 with reasonable grounds:
the payment will not be refunded.
** 1. The above item is based on deduction for any bank transfer fees (30USD).
2. In case of visa rejection, no-show or early departure, no refund of
registration fees will be made. 3. All refunds will be processed after the
conference. 4. Due to force majeure including but not limited to earthquake,
natural disaster, war and country policy, organizer reserves the rights to
change the conference dates or venue with immediate effect and does not assume
responsibility for any additional costs, charges, or expenses; to include,
charges made for travel and lodging.
