2024 9th International Conference on Intelligent Information Technology (ICIIT 2024) aims to gather professors, researchers, scholars and industrial pioneers all over the world. ICIIT is the premier forum for the presentation and exchange of past experiences and new advances and research results in the field of theoretical and industrial experience. The conference welcomes contributions which promote the exchange of ideas and rational discourse between educators and researchers all over the world. We aim to building an idea-trading platform for the purpose of encouraging researcher participating in this event.

Visa Application
Visa to Vietnam can be get online or on arrival.
Getting it online:
Step 1 — Fill out a
quick application form
online (you will need to know your arrival date and the name of the airport at
which you will arrive)
Step 2 — Pay the visa servicing fee online
Step 3 — Within two business days, you will get an email with your official
Vietnam visa Approval Letter issued by the Vietnam Immigration Department
Step 4 — Print the Approval Letter and prepare two (4cm x 6cm) photos of
yourself according to noted requirements
Step 5 — Bring the printed Approval Letter, photos, and the government Stamping
Fee (along with your passport and any other required documents) with you on your
trip to Vietnam
Step 6 — When you arrive at your destination airport in Vietnam, show the
Approval Letter and photos at the Immigration office
Getting it on arrival:

Announcement
Please note ICIIT is not authorized to assist with the VISA process beyond
providing the Notification of Acceptance Letter and Invitation Letter (after
registration) issued by the ICIIT Committee Board. The invitation letter will be
issued after the successful registration.
Should your application be denied, ICIIT cannot change the decision of the
Ministry of Foreign Affairs, nor will ICIIT engage in discussion or
correspondence with the MOFA or the Embassy on behalf of the applicant. The
registration fee cannot be refunded when the VISA application of individual
being denied.
